Britt Gow discovered printmaking while teaching maths and science at Hawkesdale P12 College. She completed a Diploma of Visual Art at SWTAFE in Warrnambool, learning a variety of printmaking processes, including linocut, etching and collagraph.
Her work focuses on the intersection between Art and Science. It is often inspired by the great diversity of living organisms and the ecological relationships between species. She also explores unusual perspectives, such as aerial views, microscopic images and changes over millennia.
